Hestia

A house-buying command center that keeps tracked listings, real bank offers, and your own mortgage numbers in one comparable place.

The problem

Buying a home means holding too many moving parts at once: listings spread across Idealista, Fotocasa, and other portals, mortgage simulations from several banks with different conditions, and notes or spreadsheets that never quite line up. The worst moment is sitting in front of a bank advisor with no way to compare the offer on the table against the ones already collected.

The approach

Hestia keeps the whole purchase in one place without pretending to automate it. Listings are captured by hand, bank offers are stored as the real conditions they contain, and the numbers can be recalculated at any point. Nothing depends on scrapers, portal APIs, or keys that expire.

What it contains

The property tracker holds price, location, size, the original listing link, notes, and a status such as visiting, discarded, or favourite.

The mortgage vault stores each bank simulation with its financial conditions: TIN and TAE, term, monthly payment, total cost, linked products such as insurance or accounts, and any special caveats.

The calculator adjusts rate, term, amount, and LTV to show the effect on the monthly payment and the total cost of the loan. The comparator then places saved simulations side by side on total cost, monthly burden, and real effective rate.

Why it is interesting

  • Mobile-first, because the decisive conversation happens in a bank office rather than at a desk.
  • Manual capture keeps the data trustworthy and independent of third-party integrations.
  • Accounts and data isolation exist from the start, so the same tool works alone or with a partner.

Status

Public beta, with the calculator as the entry point.
